Mindful Body is a music-driven holistic body and mind workout experience. It is a safe place to move, breath, explore, dance, pause, rediscover, feel.

This class combines cardio and strength exercises with meditation. But it is more than a workout. This class is a safe space to be, feel and fully surrender into what is. Mindful Body reminds you that you always have a choice and that happiness starts with you.
2022 I completed my Mindful Body TT with Verena Stefanelli and Marietta Frühmann.
I hope that Mindful Body can help you to find more trust, more balance and joy in your live.
